Using Glutathione Therapy to Help with Health Problems

Anyone living with Parkinson's disease knows that there are good and bad days.  For days when there are challenges, a new treatment, one that is relatively affordable, effective, and safe has been discovered.

Not only is this a safe solution for treating Parkinson's disease, it is also highly effective.  This means people with this disease have a fighting chance for normalcy.  While it does not cure the disease, IV Glutathione therapy does slow down the progression.

Of people who have gone through Glutathione therapy, as much as 90% have experienced dramatic changes. What happens with this particular disease is that dopamine receptors lose their sensitivity.

These same trials also show that while dopamine changes, serotonin levels within the brain also go back to a normal level, which helps to reduce anxiety and depression.

When it comes to standard Glutathione therapy, most patients are given 1400 milligrams along with saline. For ten minutes, three times weekly, an IV is used to get the medication into the body.

Although there is oral Glutathione medication, IV Glutathione therapy is the only way in which Parkinsons symptoms should be treated, making it much more effective. Depending on the doctor providing the treatment, some will also add various drugs and herbs such as milk thistle and amino acids.

When it comes to IV Glutathione therapy a number of advances have been made but one in particular for patients with Parkinson is certain traditional drugs such as Levodopa that have a lot of side effects can be eliminated.  However, anyone interested in using Glutathione should first consult with their doctor before stopping any prescribed medication.  If the doctor agrees, it might be that Glutathione therapy is a much better solution.

There are so many wonderful benefits associated with IV Glutathione therapy but the number one is the elimination of side effects, something no patient wants to deal with.  Not only do many of the traditional medications have side effects but some also come with serious health risk factors to include stroke and heart attack.

Although the cost of Glutathione therapy is a little higher than other options, it works exceptionally well.  The good news is that most insurance companies are now providing partial or full coverage of this substance because it has been approved by the FDA.

Within a short time of a person with Parkinson's disease being placed on IV Glutathione therapy, they begin to respond to the treatment.  This means the patient starts to take back some control over his or her life.  As you can imagine, both patients and medical professionals are anxious to get this treatment option out to the public.  Although IV Glutathione therapy is used commonly to Parkinson's, doctors are finding that it also helps with other health problems such as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, and so on.

As you can see, this is without doubt, an exciting breakthrough.  Using Glutathione therapy, people can start to take back some control over their lives.  The results have surprised many and continue to make huge improvements in people's lives.  This treatment option is getting more and more attention as being the best solution not only for Parkinson's but other diseases too.
